You need someone you can rely on to keep the day-to-day stuff under control.
Someone who can manage your inbox, keep your calendar organised, sort client admin, maintain your Google Workspace and step in when something needs fixing.
That’s where I come in.
€400/month – up to 10 hours of support.

Once we’ve created a workflow, I can also help keep it running.
That might mean updating templates, maintaining folders, checking processes or making small adjustments as your business changes.

📝 General business admin
If there’s something else you need help with that fits within my skill set, just ask.
I’ll always be honest about whether it’s something I can take care of for you.
Working with Sharon has made such a huge difference to my business. I’m amazed by her speed and efficiency at just getting things done. Sharon always goes above and beyond in everything and has a keen eye for things I might have missed. Although Sharon provides a virtual admin service, I see her as a true business partner, and consider myself very lucky to have her supporting us at Loud and Clear.
How the support works
1. We start with a conversation
We’ll have an initial call to talk about your business, the support you need and the types of tasks you’d like me to take care of.
This gives us a chance to make sure we’re a good fit before you commit to anything.
2. Your monthly support is booked
Your support is €400 per month for up to 10 hours.
Your monthly allocation is paid in advance, so your time is reserved for you.
3. You send me the work
You can send tasks as they come up or agree regular recurring tasks with me.
I’ll keep track of the time used and let you know if it looks like you’re going to need more than your monthly allowance.
4. I get on with it
Once we’ve agreed what’s needed, I’ll take care of the work behind the scenes and keep you updated where necessary.
You don’t need to manage me minute-by-minute.
The whole point is to have someone you can trust to get on with things.
I had the absolute pleasure of working with Sharon when she covered one of my longest-term clients during my maternity leave, a client I had been supporting for over five years. Sharon stepped into the role as Executive Assistant and supported a very busy, fast-moving business with a lot going on at any one time.
She was consistently professional, organised, and dependable, and my client was full of praise for her work and commented on how glad he was that I had found someone so capable to step in. Sharon did a fantastic job stepping into a demanding role and supporting both my client and my business to a very high standard.
What if I need more than 10 hours?
No problem.
Your package includes up to 10 hours each month.
If you need additional time, I’ll let you know before going over your allowance.
Additional work is charged at €40/hour and will be added to your following month’s invoice.
No surprise charges.
What happens to unused hours?
Your 10 hours are reserved for your business each month, so unused hours don’t roll over.
This means you don’t have to worry about “using up” hours before they disappear – and I can keep capacity available for you when you need it.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No.
There is no three-month or six-month contract.
Support is simply paid for monthly in advance, with 30 days’ notice to cancel.
I want you to stay because the support is useful – not because you’re tied into a contract.
Sharon has a wide level of knowledge from email and calendar management through to designing online forms. She also provides practical suggestions – way above and outside the remit of a VA. She is reliable, flexible and on the odd occasion that I require it – she can work to extremely tight deadlines.
I consider Sharon to be part of my Company team. Her dedication is more than one would expect from a VA. She offers me practical advice and nothing is ever a problem. Also, I know Sharon totally understands “my world” and having worked with her for over 12 years – I do not know how I would ever survive without her!
Is this right for you?
Ongoing Workspace Support could be a good fit if:
- You regularly have admin that needs taking care of
- Your inbox and calendar take up more time than you’d like
- You need help with client onboarding
- You want someone to keep your Google Workspace organised
- You have recurring tasks you’d rather hand over
- You need a reliable pair of hands to keep things going behind-the-scenes
- You like having someone who understands how your business works and doesn’t need everything explained from scratch every time
What I don’t do
I’m not a general-purpose VA, so there are some areas I don’t cover.
I don’t provide:
- Social media management
- Bookkeeping or finance administration
- Invoice processing
- Personal errands
- General miscellaneous VA tasks that fall outside the agreed scope
- IT-level technical support
- Complex Google Admin Console configuration
- Advanced AI automation or custom Gemini-powered coding/scripting
My focus is Google Workspace, business workflows and practical behind-the-scenes support.
What happens when I join?
We’ll start by agreeing:
- The types of tasks you want me to handle
- Any recurring work
- How you’d like to send requests
- How we prioritise urgent vs routine tasks
- What access I’ll need
- Any deadlines or regular dates I need to know about
Over time, I’ll get to know your systems and your preferences, which means you shouldn’t have to explain everything from scratch every time you send me a task.
That’s one of the biggest benefits of ongoing support.
Sharon, you were recommended to me more than once by clients and colleagues. Your attention to detail, innovation and going the extra mile reflected all of those recommendations. Sharon, it’s been a pleasure working with you as I grow my business. Your advice, encouragement and practicality are all much appreciated. Thank you.
Ready for a reliable pair of hands?
If you’re at the point where the admin keeps getting pushed down the list, but you’re not ready to hire someone full-time, ongoing support could be the sweet spot.
€400/month – up to 10 hours
No long-term contract.
No rollover of unused hours.
Additional time available at €40/hour.
