What we’ll work on
Before your session, you’ll complete a short questionnaire telling me what you’d like help with.
You can bring one main problem or a list of related questions. We’ll use the questionnaire to work out what’s realistic to cover in your hour and make a plan for our session.
Depending on what you need, we might:
- Fix a frustrating Google Workspace problem
- Organise Gmail, Drive or Calendar
- Work out a better way to manage something
- Create or improve a Google Form
- Set up templates
- Tidy up files or folders
- Create a simple workflow
- Explore a Google Workspace feature you’ve never used
- Work through something you’ve been putting off because you don’t know where to start
If it can be reasonably tackled in an hour, we’ll tackle it.

Before your session
Discovery questionnaire
You’ll tell me what you’re struggling with, what you’d like to achieve and anything else I need to know about your current setup.
15-minute clarity call
We’ll quickly go through your answers, decide what to focus on and make a plan for our session.
During your session
1-hour Google Meet session
We’ll work together, step by step, using screen sharing.
I’ll explain what we’re doing as we go, answer your questions and help you get the problem sorted rather than simply telling you what to do.
Your session is recorded, so you can go back to it later.
After your session
Recording + summary
You’ll receive the session recording along with a short written summary of what we covered, so you don’t have to remember everything afterwards.

Sharon’s expertise and friendly approach made it easy for me to get my head around some of the additional Gmail features, which I’d previously presumed were more complicated than they were. Her bite size learnings help hugely and the recording of our session means I can check back later if I need a refresher on anything.
What if I have lots of things I need help with?
That’s absolutely fine.
The questionnaire gives us a chance to look at everything you want help with before we meet.
Sometimes one session is enough. Sometimes it makes sense to book another session to tackle a different area.
For example, you might use one session to learn how Google Forms works, a second to build the form you actually need, and a third to organise where those responses and files go in Drive.
There’s no requirement to book multiple sessions – we’ll simply work out what makes sense for you.
A few things to know
You don’t need to be “good with tech”.
You don’t need to know the right terminology or explain the problem perfectly. Just show me what’s happening and we’ll work it out together.
You don’t need to give me your Google password.
We’ll work through your setup via Google Meet and screen sharing.
This isn’t IT support.
My focus is the practical side of Google Workspace and the way you use it in your business.
I don’t provide:
- IT-level troubleshooting
- Complex Google Admin Console configuration
- Advanced AI automation
- Custom Gemini-powered coding or scripting
- Large team or multi-user Workspace administration
What if one session isn’t enough?
No problem.
If we discover that your problem needs more time, or you’d like help with another area of your Workspace, you can simply book another Workspace SOS session for €129.
There’s no package or long-term commitment.

No. Workspace SOS is available whether you’re using a personal Google account or a paid Google Workspace account. What we can cover will depend on the tools and features available to you.
Yes. You’ll receive the recording afterwards, along with a summary of what we covered.
No. We work together via Zoom and screen sharing, so you remain in control of your account.
We’ll prioritise the most important things first. If there’s more you’d like to work on afterwards, you can book another session.
Workspace SOS is a work-with-me service. We’re working together during the session. If you’d rather hand over a messy Workspace for me to organise for you, Workspace Reset may be a better fit.
