Q: What if we don’t finish everything?

You’ll receive a checklist so you can continue the work - or you can add an extra mini VIP session if you want hands-on help.

Q: Do you log in to my account?

Only if necessary and only with your permission - but usually we work side-by-side with you sharing your screen.

Q: Can you record the sessions?

Yes - you’ll get access to both recordings if you want them.

Q: Do we have to use both sessions in the same week?

No - most clients prefer spacing them 5-10 days apart. We’ll choose dates that suit your workflow.

Q: What do we actually do during the sessions?

Anything you need: organising Gmail, building Drive structure, templates, calendars, workflows, learning features, tidying your digital workspace… It’s totally customised.

Q: Is this suitable if I’m overwhelmed or unorganised?

Absolutely. This package is designed to help you feel supported, not judged.

Q: Can you organise a shared Drive or team account?

For this package, I work with solo users only. Teams or shared accounts require a custom quote, drop me an email if that's what you want.

Q: Will everything stay organised afterwards?

Yes - you’ll receive a structure, labels, and systems that are easy to maintain. Many clients book an ongoing support package afterwards if they want continued help.

Q: Do you delete anything?

Never without your approval. If something looks unnecessary, I flag it first.

Q: What if I only want Drive/tidy Gmail etc.?

No problem - there is a single-focus version and a full-cleanup option. You choose what you need.
