If your Gmail is overflowing, your Drive is a maze, or your Calendar has become a dumping ground for everything, you don’t necessarily need a whole new system.
You need someone to come in, make sense of the mess and put things back in order.
That’s what Workspace Reset is for.
I’ll work directly on the agreed areas of your Google Workspace, organise what’s messy, fix what’s getting in the way and put simple structures in place that are easier to maintain.
From €495
Choose your Reset
One Area – €495
A focused reset of one area of your Google Workspace:
Gmail, Drive or Calendar
You’ll get up to 5 hours of hands-on work, focused entirely on the area you’ve chosen.
This could include things like:
Gmail
- Organising labels
- Creating or improving filters
- Tidying your inbox
- Sorting recurring email clutter
- Creating useful templates
- Reviewing how you’re managing email
Drive
- Creating a clearer folder structure
- Organising existing files
- Tidying folders
- Introducing sensible naming conventions
- Creating templates
- Making frequently used files easier to find
Calendar
- Tidying and reorganising your calendar
- Reviewing calendars and events
- Improving how you use colours and categories
- Creating useful recurring events
- Looking at ways to make your calendar work better for you
We’ll agree exactly what we’re tackling before the work begins.
Full Reset – €795
If your whole Google Workspace needs some attention, the Full Reset covers:
Gmail + Drive + Calendar
You’ll get up to 9 hours of hands-on work, divided between the three areas according to what needs the most attention.
As a guide, this could mean up to around 3 hours each on Gmail, Drive and Calendar – but the time isn’t rigidly divided. We’ll agree the priorities together before I start.
The aim is simple:
A Google Workspace that feels organised, logical and much easier to use.
What I’ll actually do
Your Reset is completely tailored to your starting point.
Depending on what we agree, I might:
- Reorganise Gmail, Drive and/or Calendar
- Create or improve folder structures
- Sort and organise existing files
- Create useful Gmail filters and labels
- Set up templates
- Tidy recurring Calendar clutter
- Review and improve existing processes
- Create simple workflows where appropriate
- Make small practical improvements that save you time
- Remove unnecessary duplication or confusion
- Create a simple structure that’s easier for you to maintain
I’m not just making things look tidy.
I’m looking at how you actually work and organising your Workspace around that.
How it works
1. Tell me what’s not working
You’ll complete a short questionnaire about your business, your Google Workspace and the things that are currently frustrating you.
You’ll also tell me what you’d most like to achieve from the Reset.
2. We’ll have a 30-minute planning call
We’ll go through your answers together, look at your priorities and agree exactly what I’ll be working on.
This is where we’ll decide whether One Area or Full Reset is the right fit and agree how the available hours should be used. We’ll also sort out the practicalities of accessing the areas I need to work on.
3. I do the work
This is the done-for-you part. I’ll work through the agreed tasks, organising, tidying, fixing and improving your Workspace.
You don’t need to sit beside me while I do it. I’ll work within the agreed scope and time allowance, and I’ll let you know if I come across something that needs a different approach.
4. You get the handover
Once the Reset is complete, you’ll receive:
- A summary of what I’ve changed
- A handover video showing you around your new setup
- Any useful recommendations for keeping things organised
You’ll know what I’ve done, where everything is and how to keep it that way.
Sharon has an abundance of skills and knowledge and helped me immensely in discovering what could be the issue causing me problems. I have been following her information emails for quite some time and always found something useful about Gmail & Google. I would highly recommend Sharon for support.
What happens if I need more than the allocated time?
Your Reset includes a maximum of 5 hours for One Area or 9 hours for Full Reset.
That’s there to keep the project manageable and make sure we both know what we’re agreeing to.
If I think your requested work is going to take longer than the available time, I’ll tell you before carrying out additional work.
If you’d like me to continue, additional time is charged at €40/hour.
Alternatively, we can prioritise the most important tasks and leave anything else for another time.
No surprise invoices.
What about access to my Google account?
You don’t need to hand over your Google password as part of the standard process.
We’ll agree the most appropriate way for me to access the areas I’m working on during our planning call.
Depending on your account and the work involved, this may involve sharing specific files or folders, working via screen sharing, or another suitable access arrangement.
I’ll only request the access I need for the agreed work.
If direct access isn’t possible or appropriate for a particular task, we’ll work out another way to complete it.
A few important boundaries
Workspace Reset is designed for solo business owners and individual Google Workspace setups.
It’s not intended for:
- Large team or multi-user Workspace administration
- Complex Google Admin Console configuration
- IT support or technical troubleshooting
- Advanced AI automation
- Custom Gemini-powered coding or scripting
- Completely rebuilding your business from scratch
And although I’m happy to improve processes and create simple workflows as part of your Reset, a larger workflow project may be better suited to Workspace Workflows.
If I’m not the right person for what you need, I’ll tell you.
Is Workspace Reset right for you?
✅ It’s probably a good fit if:
- Your Google Workspace has gradually become messy
- You waste time looking for files or emails
- Your Gmail needs some serious attention
- Your Drive structure no longer makes sense
- Your Calendar has become difficult to manage
- You know things could work better but don’t have time to sort them
- You’d rather hand the job over than spend your weekend doing it yourself
- You want someone practical who’ll just get on with it
❌ It may not be the right fit if:
- You want to learn how to organise everything yourself
- You need advanced technical or IT support
- You have a large team or complex multi-user setup
- You need a completely bespoke business automation project
For those situations, another service may be a better fit.
Sharon is one of those people whom you would recommend in the blink of an eye. She is thorough, practical and highly professional.

No. I won’t permanently delete anything just because I think it looks unnecessary. If something needs deleting or archiving and I’m unsure, I’ll flag it with you first.
No. Once we’ve agreed the plan and access arrangements, I’ll get on with the work independently. There may be occasions where I need you to make a decision or provide clarification, but I’ll keep those to a minimum.
Most projects will be completed within 5-10 working days, depending on the scope and how quickly any questions or access arrangements are dealt with. We’ll agree the expected timeframe during your planning call.
I’ll let you know before exceeding the agreed allowance. Additional work is charged at €40/hour, or we can prioritise the remaining tasks for another time.
Workspace Reset is primarily for solo business owners and individual setups. If you have a more complex team or shared Drive arrangement, get in touch and we can discuss whether I can help.
I’ll build structures and systems that are practical for you to maintain, and your handover video will show you how everything works. If you’d like ongoing help keeping things organised, Ongoing Workspace Support may be a good next step.
